Internal Commissioner

Internal Commissioner

The internal commissioner is responsible for the committees within the association. These include: the introduction committee, the internationalization committee, the EQUITIMES., the activities committee, the study-related committee, the party committee, and Equi's Adventure. Additionally, the internal commissioner will always be aware of the committees by maintaining contact with the committee chairs. This will provide information about organizing the activities, the activities themselves, and the progress within the committee. The committees will send the minutes of their meetings to the internal commissioner. The internal commissioner will read these minutes and give advice where necessary. It is the internal commissioner's responsibility to keep the board informed of the status of the committees.

In addition, there are some points to consider if you want to become the internal commissioner. These are characteristics or tasks that you can work on or can be seen as qualities when you are the internal commissioner:

  • You are a social person.
  • You are interested in being involved in the committees and are good at being involved.
  • You enjoy and are able to be present at all (or almost all) activities.
  • You are open to everyone and make people feel like they can come to you.
  • You are often available to the active members.
  • You strive to strictly adhere to deadlines or to improve in this area.
  • You can give good direction.

If you see yourself in one or more of the above points and are interested in being involved with the committees of Equilibrium as the internal commissioner next year, do not hesitate to send your application to bestuur@studievereniging-equilibrium.nl. For questions, personal advice, or a chat, you can also email Boran (current internal commissioner) at intern@studievereniging-equilibrium.nl.
