Vertrouwenscontactpersoon
Naast dat Equilibrium leuke en leerzame activiteiten organiseert voor studenten is de vereniging er ook om studenten op andere vlakken te ondersteunen. Zo heeft Equilibrium twee vertrouwenscontactpersonen binnen de vereniging welke er voor bedoeld zijn om de student op mentaal vlak ondersteuning te kunnen bieden. De vertrouwenscontactpersonen van Equilibrium staan altijd voor je klaar als je ergens over wilt praten. Zit je niet lekker in je vel, heb je een vervelende thuissituatie of zit je ergens anders mee, dan kun je altijd contact opnemen met één van de vertrouwenspersonen. Ook als je een conflict hebt met iemand binnen de vereniging kun je dit aangeven bij één van de vertrouwenscontactpersonen. De vertrouwenscontactpersonen houden alle informatie die je met hen deelt voor zichzelf, de gesprekken die je met hen voert zijn strikt vertrouwelijk! De vertrouwenscontactpersonen hebben ook een geheimhoudingsplicht naar elkaar toe, ze zullen niets met elkaar bespreken tenzij dit gewenst is.
Er is een vertrouwenscontactpersoon binnen het bestuur en één binnen de raad van advies. Hieronder kun je de contactgegevens vinden van de vertrouwenscontactpersonen. Mocht je graag in gesprek gaan met een vertrouwenscontactpersoon buiten de vereniging, dan kun je terecht bij de vertrouwenspersonen van de Hanzehogeschool Groningen:

Lisa Zagwijn. Naast secretaris en vice-voorzitter is Lisa voor komend jaar de vertrouwenscontactpersoon binnen het bestuur van Equilibrium. Je kunt een gesprek met haar aanvragen door een mailtje te sturen naar secretaris@studievereniging-equilibrium.nl of te appen/bellen naar +31 6 40 22 03 15.
Erwin Snakenborg. Dit jaar zal Erwin de taak als vertrouwenscontactpersoon vervullen namens de raad van advies. Je kunt een gesprek met hem aanvragen door een mailtje te sturen naar vertrouwenscontactpersoon@studievereniging-equilibrium.nl of te appen/bellen naar +31 6 24 39 99 65.

In addition to organizing enjoyable and educational activities for students, Equilibrium also exists to support students in other aspects. Equilibrium has two confidential contacts within the association whose purpose is to provide mental support to students. Equilibrium's confidential contacts are always available if you need someone to talk to. Whether you're feeling down, dealing with a challenging home situation, or facing any other issues, you can always reach out to one of the confidential contacts. If you have a conflict with someone within the association, you can also address it with one of the confidential contacts. The information shared with the confidential contacts is kept strictly confidential, and the conversations you have with them are private. The confidential contacts also have a duty of confidentiality towards each other and will not discuss anything unless it is desired.
There is one confidential contact within the board and another within the advisory council. Below, you can find the contact information for the confidential contacts.
